Returns

If you wish to return a product, please fill out the form below.

Our customer service team will then contact you to arrange a pickup time. We will coordinate with the courier, who will collect the item at the agreed address.

Please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging and ready for transport.

Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Any return shipping costs will be covered by vermund.eu.
Once we have received and inspected the item to ensure it is intact, your payment will be refunded to your bank account.
