Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from vermund.eu, unless otherwise agreed in writing between you (the buyer) and vermund.eu (the seller).

Delivery Time and Shipping

Please allow 3–5 weeks from the time of order to delivery to your home address.

Claims

If you discover any faults or defects upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible after the issue has been identified. It is the buyer’s responsibility to document and report the issue upon request.

vermund.eu offers a 6-year warranty on all products. This means that in the case of a justified claim, you are entitled to have the item repaired, and in some cases replaced or refunded partially or fully.

Your order confirmation and delivery note (received with your product) serve as your warranty certificate.

Prices and Payment

All prices on vermund.eu include VAT, and we do not charge fees for card payments.
Your payment will only be processed once the items have been dispatched.
We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa-Dankort, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MobilePay.

Payment Security

vermund.eu complies with Nets’ strict security requirements for webshop payments.
All payment transactions on vermund.eu are encrypted via SSL to ensure your data is secure and cannot be accessed or misused by unauthorised parties.

Right of Withdrawal

vermund.eu offers a 30-day right of withdrawal from the delivery date.

Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are covered by vermund.eu. A return form must be completed.
We will refund your payment once the returned product has been received and inspected.

Defects, Damage or Loss During Delivery

If your product is damaged, defective, or lost in transit, vermund.eu will replace it.

Please complete our return form when returning the item.

Force Majeure

vermund.eu cannot be held liable for defects or delayed delivery due to issues caused by third-party couriers, the buyer’s actions, or events beyond vermund.eu’s control.

We are also not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

Any disputes arising from interpreting these terms shall be governed by Danish law and settled by Danish courts, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
